Join us and you'll be part of a company that invests in your growth and fosters a collaborative, integrity-driven culture. <h3>What You'll Do</h3>Project Management Support<ul><li>Issue material purchase orders and coordinate deliveries with vendors.</li><li>Generate plant/tree lists for nursery bids, conduct bidding, and execute orders.</li><li>Master Sage 100 Contractor software for all Project Coordinator functions.</li><li>Assist Project Managers and Construction Managers with project support.</li><li>Attend site meetings and visit project sites as needed.</li><li>Complete project reports via PlanGrid.</li><li>Track and submit RFIs to designers during estimating and construction.</li><li>Organize and upload construction documents; follow up on client change orders.</li><li>Support project closeout with PMs and maintenance teams.</li><li>Prepare and submit submittal packages and warranty documents.</li><li>Generate accurate material takeoffs using STACK software.</li><li>Obtain permits from cities or counties.</li><li>Obtain quotes from vendors and subcontractors.</li><li>Provide weekly deliverables reports and daily check-ins with PM.</li><li>Attend bid openings or pre-bid meetings.</li></ul><h3>Growth &amp; Opportunity</h3>This isn't just a job--it's your first steppingstone toward becoming a Project Manager.
