The Role: Account Manager

You'll lead 3-4 maintenance crews, ensuring top-tier landscape care and smooth project transitions from construction to long-term maintenance. You'll be the go-to expert in horticulture and irrigation, and a trusted leader who motivates others and models our core values. And the primary contact for customers.

What You'll Do:

• Lead and support maintenance crews on daily routes
• Ensure quality and safety across all sites
• Attend client walkthroughs and turnover meetings
• Build relationships with clients and proactively communicate and present opportunities for landscape improvements.
• Troubleshoot irrigation systems and plant health
• Communicate updates to leadership.
• Complete safety docs, timesheets, and reports via company tablet
• Jump in where needed because that's what teammates do

What We're Looking For

• Valid driver's license and clean DMV record
• Strong horticulture and irrigation knowledge
• Great communicator and team motivator
• Organized, proactive, and tech-comfortable
• Respectful, honest, and reliable
