We are guided by our core values of Service, Quality, and Character.&nbsp; &nbsp;The Role: The Project Manager is responsible for managing projects from start to project completion. This role requires an advanced knowledge of operations and the landscape trade. This role also requires leading and motivating others within the organization while displaying core values of the organization through work quality, service, and character. The position requires a high degree of responsibility. This role reports to the COO.&nbsp; <h1>Essential Duties and Responsibilities</h1> <h1>Project Management&nbsp;</h1> <ul><li>Maintain construction schedules of projects under management as assigned.</li><li>Ensure projects under management are completed at or under project budget assigned.</li><li>Ensure productivity of construction managers on projects responsible for.&nbsp;</li><li>Interface with customers to communicate progress and project level issues.&nbsp;</li><li>Attend preconstruction meetings and weekly progress meetings.&nbsp;</li><li>Review purchase order requests and send to project coordinator for execution as needed.&nbsp;</li><li>Coordinate with construction managers to complete inspections required by city and local governments.</li><li>Field technical questions from construction managers and troubleshoot.&nbsp;</li><li>Utilize Plangrid to create field reports and tasks list for jobs under management.&nbsp;</li><li>Review job site progress and schedule progress by visiting job sites daily.&nbsp;</li><li>Collect T&amp;M tags from the field to submit change orders to customers for extra work.&nbsp;</li><li>Generate RFI's and submit them to the designer during the construction process.&nbsp;</li><li>Coordinate project closeout processes for jobs under management.
